Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your LGCY gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email hello@lgcyshop.com with your order number.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange eligible items while supplies last. Reach out and we'll help you swap it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, stickers, and items marked as pre-order or made-to-order are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
