Return & Refund Policy

Every item in the Legacy Volleyball team store is made to order — printed specifically for you after you place your order. That's what lets us offer every design all season without selling out, and it shapes how returns work.

Defects, damage, or wrong item — we fix it, free

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full. No return shipping cost to you.

Sizing and exchanges

Our tees run true-to-size unisex. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

If the fit isn't right, we offer one exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, and pet hair, and in its original condition.

Because your original item was made specifically for you, the customer covers return shipping on exchanges. We'll cover shipping on the replacement.

Change of mind

Because every item is produced individually after purchase, we're unable to accept returns simply for change of mind. We'd rather be upfront than surprise you at the end.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order changes and cancellations

We can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, before it enters production. After production begins we can't stop it. Contact us right away if you need a change.
