Production time
Printed apparel: 3–7 business days. Production is separate from shipping; orders with several items ship once everything is complete.

International duties and customs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Lost or delayed packages
We can't control delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package appears lost or hasn't moved in 10+ days, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it ships, and re-shipping costs for undeliverable addresses may apply.
