Shipping Policy

Made to order. Every LGCY piece is printed or embroidered fresh when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production Time

Printed apparel (tees, hoodies): 3-7 business days
Embroidered items (hats, beanies): 7-12 business days

Production is separate from shipping. Orders containing both printed and embroidered items ship together once everything is complete.

Shipping Time (after production)

United States: 3-5 business days
International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. We charge you exactly what it costs us to ship. We do not mark shipping up, and we do not hide it in the price of the garment.

U.S. rates start around $5.96 for a single item and scale with order weight. International rates are calculated at checkout.

International - Duties and Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority. LGCY has no control over these charges.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

LGCY is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package appears lost or has not moved in 10+ days, contact us and we will help track it down.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped, and re-shipping costs for undeliverable addresses may apply.
