Shipping Policy

Made to order. Every LGCY piece is printed or embroidered fresh when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production Time

Printed apparel (tees, hoodies): 3–7 business days
Embroidered items (hats, beanies): 7–12 business days

Production is separate from shipping. Orders with both printed and embroidered items ship together once everything is complete.

Shipping Time (after production)

United States: 3–5 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going. We charge you exactly what it costs us to ship — we don't mark shipping up, and we don't hide it in the price of the garment.

U.S. rates start around $5.96 for a single item and scale with order weight. International rates are calculated at checkout.

International — Duties & Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority. LGCY has no control over these charges.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or Delayed Packages

LGCY is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package appears lost or hasn't moved in 10+ days, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong Address

Double-check your address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it ships, and re-shipping costs for undeliverable addresses may apply.
