Shipping policy

Made to order. Every item in the Legacy Volleyball team store is printed fresh when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so nothing sells out.

Production time

Printed apparel: 3–7 business days. Production is separate from shipping; orders with several items ship once everything is complete.

United States: 3–5 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

US rates

Standard: $8
Express: $15
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more

International rates are calculated at checkout.

International duties and customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or delayed packages

We can't control delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package appears lost or hasn't moved in 10+ days, contact us and we'll help track it down.
